Amplifier: ZT Lunchbox; and from the Zoom G3X  Guitar Effects & Amp Simulator the MS Crunch (Marshall 1959 amp) simulator and the Comp. effect (compressor in the style of the MXR Dyna Comp.); and the Roland TR-505 Drum Machine.
